Comics!

6 th grade students had art with me all year in addition to an arts and technology class. They created this project with quite a few options. They had to digitally create their characters using the paint program in addition to mixing fine art materials and techniques to the project. Some students picked global and social issues as their main message and others chose their own topic. This was a 4-5class lesson but I was really happy to see the results I had gotten from the students.
