Pennsylvania NAEA Conference

I will be presenting at the PA NAEA Conference this year in Bethlehem, PA on Sunday October 20th, 2013. I will be hosting a workshop on the use of Pan Pastels. I used these with my students last year in the art room to explore and research the material. They are wonderful, and I worked closely with the creator and owner of Pan Pastel's in addition to Dr. Stewart as my mentor and guide. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through the exploration of these wonderful Pastels and I can't wait to see you at the conference this fall. More details to come!

ARTSONIA ROCKS!

I finally created an Artsonia account for my students artwork. Wow, what a positive place for my students and families to communicate and share their creative talents. It has been such a success and I look forward to using this for years to come with my students!

There is also a great app for your iphone or ipad to upload student work. It is very easy, quick, and simple to use.

Web 2.0 Tools and Live Binder

Hello Art Educators of the World!Sorry I have been out of the loop, my graduate work has taken over my life!haha!

I taught my Web 2.0 and Technology Class and I created a LiveBinder with a TON of resources that you or your friends could find useful. Attached below is the link. I hope you will find inspiration in the resources I have collected and in hopes you can share these with colleagues.

LiveBinder is a great resource for you to use as a personal reference or to use to share ideas. It is a way to collect sites and resources for you to use. You can keep it set on one specific topic and use it with your students. Enjoy!
